ThinkPlace partners with leading technology solution providers for Human Transformation

Behaviour change initiatives in the public sector often call for transformative technology. ThinkPlace is excited to partner with Cogniss - a no-code app development platform that allows anyone to create digital solutions that apply validated neuroscientific and psychological techniques to help people, businesses and organisations achieve learning and behaviour change goals. Cogniss calls this Human Transformation Technology (HTT).

At ThinkPlace, we are strategists and designers who work with change leaders around the world and engage with the complexity and messiness of real human experiences - how people live, work and play; how people experience products, services, regulations; how they navigate systems they interact with. We understand that any design is only as good as the experiences it generates for those who experience it. We assemble and broker diverse voices to understand challenges and systems from new perspectives.

The most successful self-improvement apps in the world today employ proven neuro-psychological techniques (think  personalisation, rewards, gamification and social learning) to rewire human brains. Cogniss has integrated these techniques into simplified gamified solutions for learning, health or behavior change by creating a no code platform that allows anyone to create sophisticated HTT solutions and apps that require no coding.

After a rigorous five-year research and development process that involved co-design with customers, their platform is already being embraced by education and health tech pioneers across industries and sectors.

Several blue-chip organisations, including NSW, VIC and federal government departments, leading universities and major non-profits, as well as innovative startups have built life-changing apps on Cogniss. Some of their customers include Australian Government Department of Health, The Black Dog Institute, University of Sydney and Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation

“When it comes to technology solutions, we don’t want to reinvent the wheel. We want to leverage the leaders in the technology space and show that there are viable efficient tools in the industry that are proven and efficient,” says Liz Adcock, General Manager of Digital Experience at ThinkPlace.

“This partnership is an opportunity for Cogniss to help make a measurable impact on a global scale,” said Leon Young, Cogniss CEO.

“ThinkPlace are an organisation that I’ve been following for many years and I’m excited by the prospect of working with some of their amazing clients, who include UNICEF, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Johnson & Johnson, John Hopkins University, National Disability Insurance Agency, Australian Red Cross and the Australian Government Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet," Young went on to say.

ThinkPlace designers collaborate with clients and communities to face global challenges like malnutrition, disease prevention, climate change and digital transformation knowing that our methods, our mindsets, and the partnerships we forge have the capacity to help create a better world.
