Josh brings a customer service perspective to everything he does. His varied background in Hospitality, Business and Law supports his coordination of market opportunities for the ThinkPlace team, always with positive client experience as a primary focus.
In the Client Experience Coordinator role, Josh is responsible for the administration, coordination, and measuring and monitoring functions associated with requests for proposals from (and proactive pitches to) ThinkPlace Australia's clients. He also performs a check/assurance role in internal content and knowledge management.
At ThinkPlace, Josh has performed as Executive Assistant to ThinkPlace Australia Partners and Principals, pioneered the ThinkPlace bespoke project management Producer role within ThinkPlace’s partnership portfolio with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as supported the ThinkPlace team directly in the Workplace Experience Coordinator role. This diverse understanding of ThinkPlace’s personalities, culture and internal processes makes Josh the ideal team member to coordinate our Australian bid efforts, consistently following up improvement opportunities to ensure outstanding bids and client experiences.
