Brooke is passionate about examining and tackling complex challenges using a community-centered empathetic approach. Having lived in West African and Indian remote villages for two and a half years, she experienced first-hand the importance of deeply understanding the norms, behaviors, and attitudes which shape environments and employing co-creative and user-driven means to drive impact.
She carried this passion through roles in inclusive business modeling, microfinance and rural enterprise development, project management, and public-sector consulting. She thrives in environments which promote human-centered design, base of the pyramid (BOP) approaches, and inclusive mindsets when scaling solutions, improving economies, and reducing poverty in emerging markets.
Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and International Business from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Emerging Economies and Inclusive Development from King’s College London.
